These guys are awesome. I had a last minute appointment schedule through Amazon Services with them to insteall a tow hitch to my SUV. They were professional, got the job done quickly, and did a great job.
Brought my new Honda Fit in for them to install a track rack and Thule Aeroblades. They did a great job and the install looks fantastic, I am looking forward to using it! The only negative point is that they left a few small indents on the thin metal above the doors, but those are hard to see. Doing more research on the dings, it looks like it may be a fault of the car itself being easy to dent with just the resting of an arm or tool. They were very nice about the whole thing and I appreciate their willingness to work with me!
I bought a rack from these folks over 10 years ago and had fitting issues with my current vehicle. I came in today in the pouring rain and Josh jumped right in to help me with the issue. He was so knowledgeable & helpful! I'll be purchasing my next rack from him!
