This is my favorite upright bike carrier that thule currently has available. From an installation perspective, it takes a little longer to set it up and install it on the car(well worth the $10 install at racknroad). Once this is installed it is possibly the fastest carrier to mount the bike. This carrier also looks nice on the vehicle because of the silver tray, and it works very well for downhill/freeride mountain bike with bike tires. -Maena

the best roof top bike rack i could find that works with my downhill santa cruz V-10 without dealing with taking off the front wheel, very easy and my bike was rock solid in it.
