The site was very easy to navigate but, the best thing is the pricing...the lowest around. My products arrived in a timely fashion in a box that was not destroyed. All of the parts and pieces were there along with instructions that made it pretty simple for me to install the rack myself. "I live in Tuscon, AZ. Last month I decided to outfit my Honda Element for road trips to San Carlos, Mexico. I researched prices on the internet and decide to order from RacknRoad.
I ordered a Yakima base rack system and it arrived in under a week. It fit fine and it was sturdy. I then ordered a Yakima Megawarrior basket system and some basket accessories. One of the accessories was no longer produced by Yakima. I was contacted by RacknRoad almost immediately. The remainder of the order arrived in a few days.
The basket system was missing the attachment hardware. I contacted RacknRoad and they provided the hardware within a few business days. Good job! The people I dealt with were friendly, courteous, and solved the problems.”

I just wanted to write Rack N Road to tell them how useful they''re website was. It was very easy to find the exact system to fit my Land Rover LR3. I didn''t know about the setup or attachments until I started piecing it together on the site. I could add racks, bars, kayak mounts and more to see how it would look and it would automatically add up the price of each product. Another very convenient part of buying my rack was how quick it shipped to my house. Just a few days later and it was on my truck and I was headed to the pass to go snowboarding. Overall I saved about $40 compared to going to GI Joe''s in Issaquah (sucks for them).

The service was terrific and the help I received over the phone was great. I had the option of having my product either shipped from another store or delivered straight to my home. I chose the later of the two since it was free shipping at the time on the product I purchased.
