I rate it a 3 because the website has said it was for factory SIDE rails. Therefore, comes in a length to go across the entire car to the other side rail. But no, the picture and what this site says it for is all false. It's like any normal snowboard rack you have to purchase along with CROSS rails. I now i have purchase cross rails. Thanks for saying its for factory side rails. Cross rails maybe? terrible.
