Yakima Hullraiser - 8004039

This little brother to the Hullraiser Aero will do it all if you want to save some dough and mount it to round or square bars.

Yakima HullRaiser is compatible with virtually all hull shapes including river / whitewater, tandem, sea / ocean, recreational and touring kayaks.
Cradles and protects your kayak with soft pads.
Because kayak is carried on its side, it leaves more space on your cross bars for attaching another HullRaiser or other gear carriers.
Includes two heavy-duty straps with padded buckles for secure transport.
Mounts directly to Yakima base rack crossbars or Thule square load bars. Does not attach directly to factory roof rack cross bars, we instead recommend the Yakima HullRaiser Aero kayak carrier for this application. Alternatively you can use a set of Yakima MightyMounts (sold separately) if you ever decide to connect the regular HullRaiser to a factory installed car rack system.
For total transport safety we recommend the Yakima Bow & Stern tie-down straps (not included).
