Creates a solid mounting point for Tracker II feet on camper shells or any vehicle without a factory rack. To be used on Sheet Metal surfaces only where underside access is unavailable. Heavy-duty rubber gaskets protect roof from water leaks and scratches. To be used with Thule 430 Tracker Foot Pack and Thule Load Bars (included). Locks not included.
