The Tilt-Down Thule 958 Parkway hitch bike rack for 2 inch hitch receivers is an entry level system that features solid Thule Racks construction at an economical price. Tilt-down design of 958 provides complete access to rear of vehicle. Includes soft rubber cradles that are made to protect bike frames while holding bike securely. Optional STL Snug Tite lock & key (not included) locks bike hitch rack to receiver. We recommend the Thule cable lock (not included) to secure bicycles to carrier. Thule 958 Parkway carries up to 2 bikes.
