Comments:	Step #11 is to installing the fairing with "push-thru" fasteners. They don't push-thru, and attempting to do this when the rack is on the vehicle is IMPOSSIBLE. Step 11 should be done before Step 10 (mounting on vehicle). The push-thru fasteners are too big, it is very difficult to align holes on fairing clips, and for the price, the product should have a much better fastening system. I wasted 2 hours fooling with this, unsuccessfully, and wouldn't come near a Thule product again.
